Rules of Conduct

  1. All students must be present on the re-opening day.

  2. Students should be in the school 10 minutes before morning assembly.

  3. As the medium of instruction in the School is English. Students must speak English in the School premises.

  4. No books, (other than note books pertaining to class work, text books or library books) magazines, comics or papers may be brought to school without the permission of the Principal.

  5. The school authorities are not responsible for goods or money borrowed or lost

  6. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal.

  7. Student should bring the books according to the Time Table

  8. Student should bring handkerchief daily.

  9. All student are expected to be with neat & clean school uniform.

  10. Care must be taken for all school properties and no one should scratch or spoil the desks or chairs or damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls

  11. Damage done even by accident, should be reported at once to the Principal.

  12. Any damage done will be repaired by the one who has done it.

  13. Anyone who sees something damaged, should report the matter to the Principal even if he/she does not know who has done it.

  14. The school reserves the right to dismiss a student who is irregular in attendance, whose progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct in the school or outside is harmful to other students or whose guardians show little interest in the progress of their wards. Immorality, grave insubordination, discourtesy or disrespect to teachers, contempt of authority or wilful damage to property is always sufficient reason for immediate dismissal.

  15. No mobile phones, cameras, calculators or any other electric/electronic gadgets shall be brought to the school campus.

Courses, Studeis and Examination

  1. The progress report will be shown only to the parents or guardians after every terminal examination; it can be withheld for non-payment of school dues.

  2. Student who is absent from examination for any reason whatsoever will not be re-examined.

  3. If a student does not have 80% of attendance of the total working days of the year, he/she will not be considered for promotion.

Promotion

  1. Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year performance of the student.

  2. Results once declared at the end of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered, and the answer paper will not be shown.

  3. Failure in English or more than one subject other than English is sufficient reason for not granting promotion.

  4. romotion once declared will not be reconsidered.

Leave and Absence

  1. All leave must be obtained in advance.

  2. Application for leave should be sent to the Principal stating the reason, the period and giving clearly the student's name, section and class.

  3. One who is late or has been absent on the previous day will not be admitted to the class without an explanation in writing.

  4. No leave of absence is given in the school hours, without a previous written application from the parents/guardians stating the reason, which must be a serious one. Absence from school formerely social functions is not encouraged.

  5. Absence without leave for more than six consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the roll. Re-admission if granted will be done on payment of full admission fee.
